General:

 

Our general terms and conditions apply, even if they contradict the customer's terms and conditions. it can only be deviated from with explicit written agreement

 

Prices:

 

All our prices are exclusive of VAT and transport costs

different agreement. Transport costs are €13.95.

 

VAT:

 

Our products are subject to 21% VAT.

 

Delivery term:

 

2 weeks after purchase date.

 

Payment:

 

The payment term is 30 days after the invoice date. If payment is not made after 30 days, a first reminder will be sent.

After the 2nd reminder, a collection agency will be contacted.

 

Complaints:

 

Complaints must be communicated in writing and will be dealt with subsequently. Invoices that are not disputed within 7 working days of the date of dispatch are considered accepted.
